How many of you remember the Bicentennial and the painted fire hydrants? I was 14 in 1976 and vividly remember what an amazing event it was. Here are some pictures of fire hydrants that were painted in honor of our Nation's 200th Birthday. Hard to believe it was 36 years ago!
